Hello, Sue, thought I would write a big thank you for all the work you did for me i.e. the printing out for me,
also the audio typing for my book "My Life Before and On H.M.S. Jamaica".
Also the help you gave me with the publishers to get it published.
The book appears to be doing well, thanks to you.
I must add that I had some good comfortable discussions at your office with you about getting the book published.
Good luck with your enterprise.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Best wishes.

I had just purchased my first computer - but what can it do?
More to the point-what can I do?
As a complete beginner in the world of computing I was full of trepidation & worries.
So, I enlisted the help of Sue Sutherland from for lessons.
I was immediately put at ease & reassured.
From the very first lesson I realized what I had been missing.
Sue made it all fun and exciting with her easy and relaxed manner.
She patiently works at your pace & makes sure that you understand each step as you progress.
In no time at all I was learning how to access the Internet, sending & receiving E-Mails and both editing and printing my own photographs etc.
I'm looking forward to my next lesson.

Having been encouraged by family to join the ranks of (antique) "Silver Surfers", I found myself with a nice new computer and no idea where to go from here.
Attending classes did not appeal and the technology and jargon where intimidating.
However, a local publication carried an advert for those with no computer skills - the telephone number put me in touch with Sue at Bucks Secretarial Services - problem solved!
Sue's tuition dispersed the fog and provided me with both knowledge and confidence.
I am now able to cope with e-mail, find my way around the Internet, purchase goods on line, research a wedding present list and even renew my car tax!
Furthermore I am now able to grasp what the instruction manuals are talking about.
If you don't know where to start give Sue a call - you won't regret it".
